Our core team is constructed of high caliber designers, programmers, and social media specialists throughout the USA. Many also operate their own small businesses, but they are a regular part of the e-daptive Media team and give top priority to our collaborative projects.
Jason has extensive experience in all areas of creative design including websites, advertising, video, photography, animation, interactive multimedia, social media and so much more. He balances his creative vision with his professional business experience in order to develop strategies that generate the client’s desired results. As our creative director he is personally involved with each and every project produced by e-daptive Media.
Jane works closely with e-daptive’s creative director to produce custom, highly polished designs for clients both large and small. As a front-end developer, she is an HTML/CSS, usability, and responsive design enthusiast. Her diverse portfolio includes branding, logo design, web design, graphic design, print design, search engine optimization (SEO) and social media design and training. She has over 10 years of web and graphic design experience with a degree in visual communications.
Neeley is an accomplished Maryland-based graphic designer with a B.A. in Studio Art. She brings to the table nearly 20 years of experience with specialties in publication design and nurturing fledgling start-ups. Eight years as a creative director for a local magazine expanded her portfolio into the areas of writing, editing and photography. With creative skills ranging from web design to painting on canvas, she wears a lot of artistic hats. Her affinity for doodling while visualizing project concepts has developed into an impressive collection of cool pens.
Roberta is a seasoned Executive Assistant with over 25 years of experience, having held positions within the fields of Construction, Pharmaceutical Insurance, and Technology companies. She has progressive administrative experience in Human Resources, Legal, Finance, Compliance, Marketing, and all administrative tasks. She holds a B.A. in History from Buffalo State College and is a member of IAAP. With a gregarious personality, she has the ability to tailor her skills to meet the needs of clients with efficiency and dedication.
Jayne's passion for web and graphic design started at a young age, building websites using Notepad since her teenage years. But she has now grown beyond the basics, earning a degree in Web Development, which compliments her designer background. Her skill-set includes a variety of graphic design services from print to web design, and web development in WordPress and Joomla. She's also skilled at creating and managing online e-mail marketing campaigns.
Darren lives, eats, and breathes everything Paid Search, and dreams about Google AdWords. With over eight years of business development and marketing experience, he thrives on creating ideas that push sales and increase revenue for our clients. He is Google AdWords Certified, has both client-side and agency experience in managing PPC budget and teams with spend ranges from $500/month to over a $1 million/year. He enjoys taking a warm, personal approach to relationships...you'll know this by his constant use of emoticons. ;-)
Meaghan has over 16 years experience in 2d and 3d animation and design including her work in children’s television in Los Angeles. She brings a diverse portfolio to the table - from pharmaceutical animation to corporate presentations to light hearted consumer pieces. In 2001, she created A Kitty Bobo Show for Cartoon Network, which features the antics of lead character, “Kitty Bobo” and friends.
Rob is a savvy and experienced graphic designer and commercial photographer with more than 34 years of experience. He is skilled in all areas of graphic design including advertising, packaging, brochures, technical manuals, illustrations and more. He also has extensive experience in commercial photography, shooting large format digital cameras in his studio, as well as professional digital cameras for on-location field shoots.
Stephen is well-versed in all elements of audiovisual production, but his specialties lie in knowing how to take an idea and turn it into an interesting and effective piece of media. He draws on his experience producing documentaries, advertisements, films, music videos, and more when working on the creation of all types of videos as well as audio productions like podcasts. With a great eye behind the camera and well-honed editing skills, Stephen will help execute any media project efficiently and successfully.
Damian has over 15 years of experience as a web developer and is a PHP 5 Certified Engineer. He is also a database designer/architect using MySQL and Oracle. Damian has worked on a variety of projects through the years including several major e-commerce sites and a high-profile status board for a major airport. When he's not programming, Damian is spending time with his wife and two boys.
Stefanie has a passion for developing successful social media strategies and believes that every business can benefit from having a strong social presence. There is truly a science behind each social media campaign she creates. Stefanie earned her Social Media Strategy Certificate from the University of Delaware and has over ten years of experience in the marketing industry with a background in advertising sales and event planning. She also enjoys volunteering her time and expertise with several local non-profits.
Drew is a graduate of Temple University where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Film and Media Arts. Since that time he has gained extensive experience in many different aspects of film and video, including serving as the director of photography on several music videos as well as various roles in fashion, corporate, commercial and television productions. He also has worked on a few independent film productions.
Carl got his start more than 25 years ago as an award winning art director and writer for agencies and Fortune 100 and 500 clients. He now develops and leads multi-channel advertising and branding strategies for regional and national corporations. His client portfolio includes: SEPTA, AAA Mid-Atlantic, Penguin Brands, Foot Locker, Lady Foot Locker, Nike, AARP, Coca-Cola, Comcast, and many others. Carl has a proven track record of maximizing marketing investments to generate excitement, create awareness and build long-term equity to drive growth.
Chris is a seasoned Business Intelligence Data Warehouse (BI/DW) developer/analyst. He has many years' experience with the Microsoft SQL Server platform, including SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS). He also has extensive experience with the Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition, SAP HANA, Microsoft .NET, and Microsoft Project. He is a contributing author to many IT-related magazines and books.
Dave’s main expertise is in creating ideas, digital art for comp and finish, 2D and 3D illustration, as well as traditional hand-drawn work when that’s what’s right for the job. Since graduating from The America Academy of Art, Dave has gained more than twenty years of experience in the Chicago advertising community. Over the years he has created countless storyboard and comp illustrations, brainstormed and created finished art for logos, magazine covers, digital media, packaging and posters.
Barb is a veteran of online search marketing and web analytics. As a former owner of an ecommerce business, she is conversant in online marketing, landing page optimization, and user experience. Her digital career dates to 1999 and the internet’s “Wild West” days of affiliate marketing when she developed campaigns for Fortune 500 companies like Gap, HP, Travelocity and more. Since 2008, she has crafted hundreds of marketing campaigns for both national retailers and global brands. Her passion is mining analytics data for actionable insights to improve multi-channel marketing strategies for branding and revenue.
